Technology, wellness & design. A spa pool in the foreground, with steam and sauna cabins and shower niches beyond, under a timber-slat ceiling. Ring feature & copper fittings. The circular Artize feature, a freestanding bath and a basin console with copper-tone mixers. Landscape lighting garden. Bollards, spike lights and wall lights in a planted pebble bed with a lit, curving edge.

A four-floor experience centre for bath and lighting, executed by HOPE: arrival and wellness, bathroom collections, a darker luxury bath gallery and a floor given to light.
