HOPE DESIGN STUDIO LLP
HOPE DESIGN STUDIO LLP is an interior fit-out and furnishings solution provider. We execute interior projects and manufacture custom furniture exactly to the drawings and specifications provided by our clients and their interior designers and architects.
We bring together experience in interior execution with a tradition of craftsmanship in stainless steel and designer furniture, and we work across residential, commercial, hospitality and retail spaces throughout India.
Because we manufacture in wood and metal ourselves, joinery, display systems, cladding and furniture are made precisely to the dimensions, details and finishes on the approved drawings.

We study the designer's drawings and prepare CAD shop drawings, samples and prototypes for approval.
Make
Joinery, metalwork and furniture produced in our wood and metal workshops, then checked for durability and finish.
Deliver
Installation and execution on site, for projects anywhere in India.
Our team
Hierarchy and responsibility
Every project has one owner at each level, and every hand-over between teams is recorded, so responsibility is never shared or lost.
Management
Partners: overall responsibility, client relationship, commercial approvals and resources for each project.
Project manager
One per project. Programme, coordination with the client, designer and PMC, weekly reporting; the single point of contact.
Technical drawing cell
CAD engineers: shop drawings, fabrication details and quantity take-offs from the approved drawings.
Procurement & stores
Materials, hardware and finishes bought to specification; deliveries checked and issued against the drawing list.
Quality controller
Independent of production: inspects at each stage and signs the QC checklist before dispatch.
Wood division head
Joinery, panel processing, edge banding and sanding; delivery of every wood item to programme.
Metal division head
Laser cutting, bending, V-grooving, welding, polishing and casting; delivery of every metal item.
Finishing & PVD head
Paint booths, laminates, Corian, engraving, printing and PVD coating to the approved sample.
Site supervisors & installation teams
Installation to approved drawings, daily site diary, protection, housekeeping and safety on site.
Accounts & documentation
Invoicing against milestones, drawing register, submittal log and the handover file.

One owner per item
Each drawing, item and site zone has a named person responsible for it from release to handover.

Recorded hand-overs
Drawing release, QC sign-off, dispatch note and site receipt are signed, so every stage has a clear owner.

Daily coordination
Production heads and the site supervisor report to the project manager daily; the client gets a weekly summary.

Escalation
Any risk to quality or programme goes to management the same day, with a proposed solution.
