Architectural metalwork, executed to your drawings
HOPE's metal division fabricates architectural metalwork for interiors and building exteriors: CNC laser cutting up to 20 mm on a 2000 × 4000 mm bed, 5-axis CNC bending of sheets up to 3 m, CNC V-grooving up to 4 m for sharp-edged cladding and profiles, TIG, MIG, laser and spot welding, and a finishing line with polishing, buffing, powder coating and PVD.
Typical work includes lift-lobby and column cladding, laser-cut screens and jaalis, staircase and balcony railings, door frames and portals, reception counters, display frames, and the metal components of furniture. Everything is made to the designer's drawing and checked against it before dispatch.

CNC accuracy
Laser cutting, bending and V-grooving to drawing tolerances; repeatable across a whole building.

Polished, brushed, powder-coated or PVD-coated in champagne gold, gold, rose gold and silver.

Grades and finishes chosen for indoor or outdoor exposure; 304 and 316 stainless available.

Fabrication plus installation
Our site teams fix cladding, screens and railings; no hand-over between vendors.

Questions about architectural metalwork
Which metals do you work in?
Stainless steel (304 and 316), mild steel, brass, aluminium and copper-finish options; each is matched to the location and finish required.
What is V-grooving and why does it matter?
V-grooving cuts a V into the back of a sheet so it can be folded into a crisp, tight-radius corner. It gives cladding and profiles sharp edges that ordinary bending cannot achieve.
Do you provide laser cutting as a service?
Yes. Send a DXF or drawing; we cut sheet metal up to 20 mm thick on a 2000 × 4000 mm bed and can bend, weld and finish the parts.
Can metalwork be used outdoors?
Yes, in 316 stainless or powder-coated steel and aluminium; PVD finishes are also used externally under cover.
